Snakes in high fashion? Mais oui! Who can forget the Alexander McQueen campaign from Spring 2010 collection? For spring 2012, Lanvin is taking on snakes in its advertising campaign and lots of them.   The campaign, shot by Steven Meisel, features models Aymeline Valade, Marte Mei van Haaster and Othilia Simon, dressed for what seems to be a cocktail party with a plethora of snakes.  The campaign is cloaked in mystery and mirrors, themes from the runway show.   I’ll take one of each of the coveted accessories, including python print bags, metallic shoes and sparkling jewels.  I will, however, skip the snakes thanks!
