Blair Waldorf’s Wedding Gown Revealed as a Vera Wang Original

Last we saw Blair, she was being whisked away to safety by Chuck Bass after psycho Charlie err I mean Ivy, alerted the paparazzi to their location.  In a wild chase similar to that of Princess Diana’s fatal car crash, Blair and Chuck’s car slams into a tree and bursting into flames.  The last we heard of their condition was that of a critically injured Chuck and a brooding and scathed Blair.  The second part of the season returns tomorrow and we’ve got so many questions we need answered.  Like is Blair going to marry Prince Louis? Is Chuck going to lose his memory and come back as the old bad boy we learned to love?

Before we find out who Blair chooses to be her betrothed, we’ve gotten a glimpse of the wedding gown she will be wearing on her special day, that is if it actually happens.  We already knew designer Vera Wang would be making an appearance on Gossip Girl, hinting to her being the designer of choice for the Queen B.  Leighton Meester, who plays Blair, is the face of Wang’s perfume Lovestruck, so it’s only befitting that the designer gets a nod on the show in such a pivotal part of the story.  In a photo posted by the Vera Wang Lovestruck perfume twitter handle, we learn that Blair will be wearing Vera Wang and so will her bridesmaids.

Blair’s bridesmaids will wear the One Shoulder Oraganza Dress with Black Belt from the White by Vera Wang label, exclusively sold at David’s Bridal.  The dresses are available now for $198 on the David’s Bridal website and comes in Amethyst, Blush, VW Champagne, Ivory, Charcoal, Ebony, Midnight, Moss, Orchid. I sense a lot of high school students rushing to the bridal boutique for this number for prom.
